Payments
Payment is required in full at the time of booking for short courses and payment plans for higher certificates must be up to date prior to course attendance.
All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Rescheduling will incur a fee of $150 per student.
Diva Academy of Beauty is unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e.  family  or self circumstances - deaths or illness adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, or Visa refusals.
Goods and services include but are not limited to manual and theory and practical classes.
An alternative training date will be offered. For courses not held at our Academy a non-refundable travel fee may apply.

Hair extensions are non-refundable due to health department regulations. Please ensure you check the colour and follow advice on care for your hair extensions.

The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
